Bob is an experienced trial attorney, whose practice is focused on product liability cases, complex litigation cases, and appellate matters.
Entering his second decade of practice, Bob's approach to litigation is informed by a significant early portion of his legal career which he spent defending against product liability claims involving serious personal injury and death. Bob is particularly adept at participating in expert depositions, ranging from complex liability experts to highly specialized medical doctors. With plaintiff award demands often including substantial punitive damages claims, he understands the risks such litigation presents to defendants.
